i bought a micromax phone model X118 @1750 Rs. on 22/04/2010 from
DAKSH MOBILE
S.C.O. 45,Canam Plaza,Shop No.205,Sector-11,Panchkula,Haryana-134109
this set has some problem in voice,it has very disturbed when calls come or go
so i have rquested concerned Shop keeper to solve my problem.
But he said he has no roll now in this product.He asked me to go to service center.
First He gave me wrong Service center Address.When i visited there no service center is there then again i went to shopkeeper then he gave me right address
after that i went to service center and told them this set problem.
after listening my problem just in a while without touching cell phone they said that its tempered but i hav said that its never opened its just new.then they have opened it and after watching it they said that its moistured it has fallen in water and lots of argues they have done with me.they said that it can not be delievered to Head office and if you want to repair it then we will take charges of 200 Rs.
But seriously it never fell in water.Sir now suggest me what should i do?In this way everyone can loot consumers like us.how can we protect ourselves from these false commitments like one year warranty and mis selling of products?

This is in reference to a micromax mobile purchased by me from Daksh Mobile in Sec 11 Panchkula... Please be aware, this shop may charge you extra for items purchased from them. Recently on 15 Aug I had purchased a micromax Q6 from them. When the market price of the phone was Rs 5500, he has charged me Rs 6500. When I went back to him, he said the price has fallen now, whereas everyone is aware that it was launched for Rs 5500 only.
Therefore my advice is to be careful while buying items from this shop...
