This in regards to the complaint no MMX 17110945 dated 17/11/2011. We had given the phone to the vastrapur service station (gujarat ) for repairs in the first week for October. Since then the week later we have been following up till now December 3rd. We have been getting only a single response that we would be receiving the handset within 15 days . We have not received any status update as yet. It is really frustrating to be replied with the same answer over and over for the last three months and the issue been unresolved. Please help me out.
