I have purchased micromax Q2+ 14/02/2011 From dealer of kolkata and submitted my mobile phone to service center (m/s Technique Services) on 7/11/2011 due to on and off problem. they give my set after complain in customer care( my complain no is 1012114559 ) on 27/12/2011 but again with in 1 hr my set suffer from same problem again same day i am submit my set to service center they told me we repair it with in one day but after 2 day i call him for my set they told me contact after 12 days for set.both the time they told me your set have to sent head office.on 10/01/2011 i got my set but further myset suffer from same problem after 20 days. So again i submit my set to service center. Now I am totally frustrated from company' service and my complain no is 1012114559 and 0501122147 to company head office and my new job sheet no is:E030410-020012-602920 dt.03/02/2012.

Since last 4 month I am totally harassed in different aspect of my life physically,mentally and financially.Still I spend huge amount of money due to this phone (ex.phone calls,fare etc.)

Please do needful step for me and I hope you will give me justice.
