    I have brought Micromax Q3 in last September 2009, but i was faced a so many problems to use this phone. i was given my mobile to your service center and they have resolved the problems.
    but now one of the key pad button was not working properly & i was given my phone to your service center IP Electronics in Shadipur New Delhi 110008 at 11-08-2010, and they was say that we will deliver your phone within 2 days after repairing.
    when i was gone to your respective place after 2 days, they was saying that motherboard of your phone will change now and it will be take 20 days, so i want to know that motherboard change means my phone is change, so why will you take a 20 days regarding that, and how can i manage my calls or if i purchase a new phone so what a use of this phone.

    i am already frosted to face a problems in this mobile.
    so kindly revert me on that.....

    I Have many time contact this no. 0124-4811001, 0124-4009601, 0124-400960 but no respone my micromax mobile
    model Q2 IMEI No.1 is 910040042356951 & IMEI No. 2 is 910040043366959 Purchase date is 23/7/10 problem is LCD Auto Blanck. i have handset sunmitted my heandset date 18/11/10 auth. service center HITI Hapur ralway road job sheet no. 263 but not recevied till date.

    Thanks a lot for reply,further I would like to say that i had visited and called M/S Rajapuria today but he said that he has closed his service center and finishing pending jobs only so he told me to visit Mayur Mobile Care,Meena Bazar, Civil lines, Allahabad but the owner of service point used abusive and i will never visit again his shop and also sujjest my friends not to visit at his serv.point.
    Please try to understand my problem and arrange to replace the hand set with new one from any MICROMAX Authorised dealer at Allahabad.

    Please note: IT SHOULD BE NOTHING LIKE ANYTHING IN FUTURE ALSO.

    WAITING FOR A FAVORABLE RESPONSE BUT CANT WAIT A LONG MY NOS ARE GOING SWITCHED OFF SINCE 5 DAYS BACK ND LOOSING SO MANY IMPORTANT CALLS.

    I have purchase a Micromax x600 Gravity model from my nearest dealer M/S Sonu Communication vide Cash Memo No.760 a few months back my mobile is still under warranty ,my set is not working since last 2/3 days back when i asked my vendor he told me to go to service point ,i visited Rajapuria at Sangam Place they sent me to Mayur Mobile care after checking the set Mayur mobile care told me to deposit the handset for two days when i asked what is the problem why it cant be checked this time they replied service engr .is sick so we cant repair it, I asked for a contact no. or email id but they refused to reply and told we are helpless as co. is not providing parts since last 2 months I talked to the owner of service center SUMIT he replied MERA BHEJA MAT CHHATIYE YE CO. BEKAR HAI KISI KI NAHI SUNTI AAP KYA KAR LENGE can i ask is it A way of service After sale if they are not listening with in warrant what thet will do after warranty, or way of talking to a customer they dont know A satisfied customer adds 100 customers and a dissatisfied customer ???????????????? . I can publish in local new paper about his reply and also flash in internet the words of a service center owner even I can go to Forum also .But I will let you know that I am also in a public dealing sector i.e. Honda Motors and facing every time a new face and my moral duty is to satisfy them.

    I will also let you know that i am using mobiles since last 20years back and NOKIA is my Brand, after seeing many adds in TV i first time gone for other brand MICROMAX and experienced very bad.
    I cant run daily to your Worst service point as that is 25 KMS far from my place and what is the way of my running to them if they cant provide service.
    Please note that I am loosing my impotent calls because of your handset and poor service provider and i will claim all these loses which can not be covered at any cost.
    I humbly request to please look into the matter and replace the set with in 24 hrs. from this mail otherwise i am forced to use my legal rights and then then there will be no limit of my list of losses to claim as I am an heart patient also and cant bear all these.

    Your positive reply is awaited.
