Dear Sir,

I had buy the Micromax Q5 mobile handset at 1st july 2010, now its having problem of software, (the mobile phone not supporting my Vodaphone sim card it showing emergency only.) i went to authorised service center of micromax which are at kandivali west charkop. the service center person said to me the handset will take one month for repairing. currently i am not having another cell phone.

please guide me what to me do?

I have searched on the net and found that there problem of "not changing the profile even after pluggingout the handsfree".
Myself I bough Q5fb 3 days ago and facing the same problem where as there is no online solution avaialble, will have to take it to the service center with no option!

I wont recomend this product to any customer
