I AMAN KAPOOR a resident of ALLAHABAD(U.P.) is very unhappy with the kind of services rendered by micromax company. My handset has a problem of trackball and i had complained it many times in the service centre but no action has been taken with my handset rather they are saying every time that come after 15-20 days and when i go ther again they repeat the same thing that 15-20 days.
So i would request u to take strict action aganist the company and help me to get out of this problem.
I will be highly oblidged to u if u do this favour to me.

My handset have a problem of handsfree plug and i had complained for many times in the service centre but no action has been taken with my handset rather they are saying every time that come after 15-20 days and when i go their again they repeat the same thing that 15-20 days.
