Hi,

I bought a new Micromax Q7 (grey color) mobile handset from Univercell on 22nd October 2011, Bangalore.

On 25th November 2011, it became dead and so I gave the phone to MSN Service center (Micromax service center) at Bomanhalli, Hosur Road,Bangalore.

The service center people told that they would inform me once the cell gets repaired and it would take 2- 3 days. Unfortunately I did not get any call, and after enquiring over phone, they told that the cell had problem with motherboard and it would take another 20 days for the repair.

When I again enquired about the phone after 25 days, I was not able to contact the service center on the number provided on the website. Once I called the national help desk, came to know that the service center (MSN, Bomanhalli) where I submitted my phone had shut down its operations and was going to be shifted to Jaynagar,Yediur, Bangalore.

I logged a complaint to the national help desk since I was not getting any update about my cell phone even after 1 month. My complaint no was - MMX2012119590

After around 2 months approximately, on 21st January, after continuous emails to customer care, I got a mail that the cell phone had been repaired and I can collect it.

I enquired again about the address and contact no. of the service center from where I had to collect it. I called the service center (Yediur, Jaynagar, Bangalore) and they confirmed over phone that the cell had been repaired and I can come and collect.

So, when I went to the service center on 1st Feb 2012, thinking that I would finally get my cell phone, my experience was PATHETIC.

I was made to wait there for more than ONE complete hour. Just could not guess, what they were doing after my visit. Finally after searching a lot, they gave me a SECOND HAND (Grey model with the keypad of a Black model, in a worn out condition) micromax Q7 (mine was a brand new phone).

When I asked the reason, they told the company has sent that phone itself and if I want they can change the keypad in another One week. So, I have REFUSED to COLLECT the second hand phone

Kindly look into this matter.

This has caused serious mental and physical harassment to me.After 2 months without phone, I was given a Second hand worn out cell phone. What did I get even after buying a new cell phone. I paid for a brand new phone and after one month of usage I was getting a second hand shabby worn out phone in return.

I want my new cell phone back. I have all necessary documents and bills in original.
