Dear Sir,

I bought Micromax Q80 3G Mobile. I am using Idea 3G Card. Phone is working good. But not work as 3G. I am getting only 120 KBPS Speed( 2G Speed) when i am using as modem. I contact @ company's Service Center & they update software, But no soluation at all. Then I Contact at company's Call Center , But they advice me to visit Service center. I visit 2-3 times. But no soluation from company. I think company is making fool to inocent customer.

Pl also note that my Idea 3G sim give me around 2.7 mbps speed with other 3G mobile.(HTC Chacha) , Samsung Galaxy Pro... I also try with Docomo 3G sim Card.

So pl guide me what to do ???
