Dear Sir,

I am Raja Gupta. I have submitted my handset on 21st Dec 2010 (Micromax Q7) to the Service Centre of Micromax (Prince Communication Govindpuri Ext. Kalkaji). He Has told me that i will get my handset on 24th Dec 2010 but till date (29th Dec2010) my handset has not been repaired. He gave me next date whenever i call him.

Kindly do the needful.

its been just 3 months since i took the bling and i face problems in hearing the voice through phone after that i had given the phone in repair i got back the phone but without being repaired the next time i gave the phone i havent got it bac. it is thouroghly disappointing to say that the shopkeepers are making lame excuses and have been delaying it since an exttremely long period of time(2 months)
it is a request please look into this matter
