I have purchased this handset on 15.05.2011 then i got problem regarding handfree (set was not accepting handfree while there is no problem in handfree). Then i visited to micromax service center govind nagar branch, kanpur. I delivered my set to mr. Shyam gupta.i have waited one hour.then he returned it by saying i have loosen the wire and the required instrument is not available, please cme tommorow. I went there continuously two days but with the same sentence he returned me.today after two months i went there then he again make me sit there one hour. Those customers who were shouting on him. He done there work when i opposed him he said very rudely that if u have time wait otherwise you can go.and when i said i will complain against you,he told me and said do complain.i am very badly hearted by his behaviour. There are only two centers i kanpur. I can not go to sagar market.that is 16 km from my home.kindly suggest me what to do.treat it as urgent as my validity period is going to expire.
