i purchased a mobile handset of micromax modle no is x-560. this hand set is not working properly. i visited to their service centres but many off them are closed. and one is working that is saying that it will take at list two months to repaire it. now say how it is ok, how could i wait for two months and for it agian i have to purchase new handset.

this company is cheating with people. kindly take the action.
