dear sir
i have bought a micromax x550 model handset on the date 10/03/2011,after one month it shows various problem.Battery getting low within 30 minute.then after i went to nearest service center after requesting them they changed my battery ,but same problem continued,then when i ask them they have not respond my complaint..still i am facing the problem,i have lodged complain at micromax costumer care through email and over telephone but no result happen.

sir i request you with kind enough please try to help me regarding this problem.
