my name is Md.Javid Pasha. i have purchased my micromax mobile phone Q7, I have purchased this on 8th Dec, while in use it got switched off on 15th Dec, AND MY job sheet no provided by SRINIVASA MOBILE CARE, Elephant Towers, Ameerpet, Hyderabad ( address of service centre) is S040199-1211-437378, AND request no is R1112SAND0491950. I handovered this set to service centre dated 16thDec2011 but still the set is in process acc. to them . I again called the customer care on 12th Jan, one executive said give us one week time to solve the issue, and he rand every time they aaised the complaint the no is 1201126710, i once again called them on 18th Jan, they said that this complaints take atleast 25 days, every time i am calling them, they are increasing days after days

so i kindly requesting you to take some strict action in regards of this .
