    Angry Mobile Handset

    Myself Sudhakar - 9870083273, I was purchased samsung champ - C3303. My mobile having back button problem. For that I have gone to Samsung service centre 2 times to Santacruz (E). But problem not yet resolved. I am fed-up like this service from them. Really its irritating me a lot.

    Now how many times should I go to your service centre. Please reply or else take my mobile for free.....I don't wanted like this FALTU service.

    Please reply and do the needful urgently.

    This is the third time, that I was visited your Santacruz (E) service centre. I am very much dis-satisfied from your service & this is very bad.

    And you are expecting me to visit one more time.

    Give me new cell phone or else plz do the needful urgently. It is not possible to me to visit your service centre again & again.

    Try to understand my problem & resolve as soon as possible.
