    Default Mobile handset nokia

    Respected Sir,

    I purchased mobile set Nokia E-71(IMEI/Serial number of the phone - 359357039300778) from on in Rs.13000.00
    which started problem of Charging on next day and I visited to "Nokia Care Mobile Super Market, Shop No.1-2, Hotel Zoom

    Complex, Industrial Area-A, Ludhiana (Phone - 0161-4616190)" on 26.06.2010 vide Job Sheet No.12433527/100626/26 but of no

    use. Executive at Nokia Care given me handset after repairing it but same problem on next day.

    Matter forwarded to Nokia on their website and received reply on 30.06.10 as below:

    care division to look into other desired options apart from the regular service provision of the phone, we would require to

    study and ****yze the present and previous service provision of your mobile phone.

    Before submitting your phone at the Care Centre, you may kindly take a backup of the phone contacts data to the SIM card. If

    the phone supports memory card, take a back up of contacts, messages, images, clips, etc. on to the memory card or on to the

    PC. Back up can be taken, provided the phone is in “ Power ON ” condition. The technicians at the Nokia Care Centre and Nokia

    India would not be responsible for the loss of data during the repair process.

    Dear Sylvia Alphonse,


    Kindly check the matter as previously forwarded that there is no result at Nokia Customer Care so either give me alternate

    handset to send it for one week or I am ready for sending it for 2-3 hours as I have only one handset.


    My fault is only I purchased nokia handset. If any solution revert otherwise consumer forum is open.

    I am at the stage where I started you left no option for me to go to consumer. Let me know have you any other option as your

    esteemed organisation is not ready for providing alternative handset and handset not repaired at Nokia Care sent earlier then

    no use to send it again when not repaired first time then what will be next time it is wastage of time.

    Dear, I want to change my set with new handset let me know company is ready or not. It will be last communication bewtween us

    so reply after final decision. Feel free to call.

    Default bad services finish my trust on nokia

    Respected sir,

    I Purchase my nokia phone C7(IMEI NO:-353755040543029) OF 19,500. which is started problem in
    14 march 2011.I was given my set to nokia services center,after four days I get my set by solve out that problem but a new problem.Again I give my set to nokia center on 30 march 2011.
    Today is 13 april 2011,i not receive my phone till now.
    I use nokia from last 12 years,but this time I am frustrate by bad services of nokia
    Thaty this is my last exprience with nokia.
    so, thankyou for this exprience.
