Sir, i bought a sony eriction mobile last year modal no-w595 from hotspot lajpat nagar.
my warranty period got over in april. during warranty period also, I made lots of complained regarding problems in my mobile. but i was always told that in multimedia sets smaller problems always arose. but from 7th of may my mobile stopped functioning. I submitted it to sony eriction centre lajpat nagar I block but till today. I did not get my mobile back. I always visit the centre twice a week but they always say for the next day.
