I have a Byod mobile, of which mike stopped working. It was under warranty so that I have given it to Byon service center(CONNECTWELL SERVICES, SS3,R.NO.225,
SECTOR 2,OPP. ABBOTT HOTTEL, NEAR XEROX LANE, BEHIND BHOJANE ADVOCATE, VASHI, NAVI MUMBAI Mo. Number of shop 9146117880) on 10-06-2010. After two days they say that this is a physical damage and they will charge to rapair it. this mobile was with me since I have bought it there is no physical damage I know it, but there are preventing themself saying it is a physical damage to earn money. Please help me.
