I bought the blackberry mobile fromn the mobile store, there was the minor damage in the screen of the handset which can't be seen easily, when i complained about the same to them they refused to accept and told me to go to BB service center, whereas service center said to go to the dealer.

They guys are rubish and do not listen anything, when i tried to argue with these guys they blamed that you have broken this so go and do whatever you want.
