Dear Sir,
This is regarding an online purchase of a handset(HTC Touch2) through the official site of the mobile store that is themobilestore.in. I have placed an order on 14th July,2010; and I have also made the payment through internet banking.They use to commit that delivery will take place in 3 working days.But today its 21st July i.e. 7 days after I placed my order.When I call their customer care(No-60006363) they always come up with the same result all the time that they are not able to trace the order no.
What should I do now?I am giving my details below.
