I purchased one mobile nokia C-5 on 26/08/10 from The Mobile Store, TRICHY (Tamilnadu) invoice no. # 223/612911 store no. 2535. there is some defect in the hand set. on 27/08/10 i go to The Mobile Store and complaint about defect. they told me that we will changed your hand set and give you new mobile. right now we don't have new mobile so, you come after 2 days. i already go to 2 - 3 times to The Mobile Store office but they are not giving any response. today TMS manager misbehave with me and told that you go outside and we will not changed your mobile.
