I have bought one mobile phone of yours on 22.08.09. It was functoning properly for sometime,Then it was
not working.I took it to your authorised dealer.He said,that the touch pad not functioning and will replace it
when he gets the spare part from the store.Even after two months he could not get the parts.Then he expressed his inability.After that, I sent a mail to your UK office.They gave a Transaction No 2004435875.With that reference I again sent a detailed letter.You were courteous enough to reply me immediately,stating that the matter would be attenned soon.But unfortunately,till this movement nothing had happened.I onceagain talked to your dealer,"SIVA COMMUNICATION'.He is not able to do anything since there is no sparepart.Under these circumstances,what you expect me to do?Wait till uncertain timelimit ? Or throw this mobile out and be done with SAMSUNG products for ever?/Or Keep communicating with you till my life time?--PLEASE LET ME KNOW--shivakumar
