Hi,
My Motorola XT 720 android Smartphone had display problems and handset was under 1 year warranty. I gave my phone for servicing at:

After two weeks they gave returned me the repaired handset, which looked different from mine. It had scratches, different scratch-guard any more visible differences. When I asked them for confirmation they said its my handset only. Later I compared the handset IMEI number with what was there on the box & the original Bill, and the IMEI numbers were different. I went back to the service center next day complaining about the change in handset on which they wrote the new IMEI number on my original bill with their SEAL & SIGN, saying that the mother board was changed hence IMEI got changed & the warranty still holds on this handset.

After another week, they called me saying they have given someone else's handset to me & want it back.They gave me 1 hour to reach the service center & exchange the handset with my original one. I couldn't make it to service center on this much short notice. When I called them back next day for the replacement, they said we have returned your original handset to Motorola Company & you will have to live with what we have given to you. Nothing can be done now. (WTF)

This is the poorest service I have ever seen. I want the service center to be closed completely as they replace the original handsets with old & re-furbished ones. Also I need my original handset back.
If I don't get a response from here, I will take the issue to further higher level.
Please take action against Fraslin Service Center.

I have already registered the complaint with Motorola Customer Care with reference number : 111231012191.
