i had bought a MTS CDMA (ZTE STRIKER PHONE with a sim card no.8459664829) from the retailer name Mr. Pradeep Kumar Mishra owner of break point Infotech service on the basis of his commitment that i would be able to call all the local and std numbers at the rate of 1/2 paisa per second. But after purchasing it i got to know that i was being charged 1paisa per second instead of 1/2 paisa on all std calls then as i complaint him about the charge, he asked me to recharge with Rs.191 again to get the service of all STD calls @1/2 paisa per second then again i was being charged the same former price. Now when i am asking him either to make it 1/2 paisa or get me my money back returning the phone then he started ignoring my grievances and also refuses to get me my money back by taking the phone.
At this point few days back I had lodged a complaint against the retailer to the consumer court site. I got a call from customer care, apologising for the same but said that the plan cannot be changed to ½ per second for the STD call. I bought the phone only for STD call at the rate of ½ paisa per second so now it’s of no use to me .
At the time of sale, MTS is ready to anything. They hire any unethical retailer (like Pradeep Kumar Mishra owner of break point Infotech service here) who will say anything to make a sale, beacuse at the month end they have to meet their targets. They will try their best to sell the phone.
But I have taken decision that if my problem has not been sorted out then I would be bound to bring this kind of fraudulent activities of MTS and it’s retailer in front of the press media.
