Default Murphy mobile by Amber Infosolutions new delhi

it’s been 45 days since the notice had been sent to you through Registry dated 14th July 2010, in regard to “Repudiate the agreement” and settle the account but no process for the settlement has been initiated so far.
Not only this, repeated reminders through e-mail as Reminder-1 (Dated: 30th July 2010), Reminder-2 (Dated: 03rd August 2010), Final Reminder-3 (Dated: 10th August 2010) had been sent to you in the due course, many telephonic reminders are also given to you but it seems as if you are not interested in the settlement .
In the above regard a mail had been sent to me by your Sales Head Mr. Vishwas Agarwal on 03rd August 2010 stating that Amber Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. has agreed to terminate the business contract with Sagar Communications and the settlement will be done soon. He asked me to submitte the necessary documents for the consolidation of accounts. All the documents for the consolidation had been sent to you the very next day that is 04th August 2010 but still the things are pending as they were before.

On the other had, the amount of Rs: 6,76,993.68 (Six lacs seventy six thousand nine hundred ninety three and sixty eight paise ) was still pending with you since more than one month as per the ledger/statement sent by you and the stocks of approximate Rs: 8,00,000.00 (Eight Lacs) is still lying with us.
In my previous mails also I had requested you that the overhead costs for carrying the stocks is very high, hence kindly take it back or get stocks transferred to some other super stockiest or distributor.
Kindly do the needful and make it clear to me whether the settlement will be done or not.
