I had ordered Blackberry 9530 handset vide o.no.2768280. I received the order on 12th at Aramex couriers. The package was opened in front of Aramex staff. The product was received damaged.
I immediately informed Naaptol customer care. Aditya infotech representative Mr.Srihari called me after 5 days of complaint and asked me to courier back the product for a replacement.
The product was couriered back by DTDC vide tracking no. V07168833 on 19th Nov 2011. It was delivered to Aditya Infotect on 21st Nov. Mr.Srihari and Mr.Sunil confirmed receipt of the same and informed me that they despatched on 22nd. But till date i have not received the same nor Srihari/Sunil able to give me the airway bill no of Aramex.
I have made more than 15 calls. They promise to call me back but they dont. Srihari sends a mail that they will refund but till date there is no response. Sunil gives me his mobile number to call for all queries but does not respond to my calls.
ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK. I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL NOR REFER NAAPTOL TO ANYONE TO BUY ANY PRODUCTS.
I WILL ATTACH THE MAIL TRAIL WHICH I HAVE SENT TO NAAPTOL AND ADITYA there is poor response to a Customer.
Why should anyone deal with a company which does not care for a Customer.
