    Angry Naaptol.com and boss mobile is cheating customers

    hello,

    i'm Akash.

    i purchased Boss 33 - Ultra Sleek Mobile of Boss company of india from naaptol.com on 30 May,2010. they deliver handset in just 3 days to my home but when i opened box i found charger pin is damaged, so i request to replace charger on 3rd june 2010 with request number 136601 they told me about 7-10 days to deliver new charger but then i again call customer care center for progress then each time they told me for next 7 days now after 8 days they also told for next 7-10 days...

    so by this way naaptol.com just cheat and giving trouble to customer only.. because they need only 3-4 days to deliver new product but if customer have any problem then they are not giving proper watch.. and main thing is that boss company pass the defected product without fully checking all the items..

    i got very very bad experience from naaptol.com never purchase things from naaptol.com

    i purchased Forby dual simmobile phone - from naaptol.com on 8th June ,2010 my order number is 473183. they deliver handset in just 3 days to my home but when i opened box i found only accessories and the main product was not there in the box , so I immediately inform them and lodge my complain no 151519 . They told me to return the box as it is via courier to Jaipan Industries Ltd. 17/1 Cama Industrial Estate, Walbhat Road, Goregaon (E) Mumbai 400 063. I confirm them the delivery of the said box. Since then Every alternate day I am calling customer care center for my product and they are only giving me one answer they sending my product with in 7-10 days. About one has been passed and now told to refund my money and same answer 7 to 10 days for returning my money. I hope my money will be refunded.

    so by this way naaptol.com just cheat and giving trouble to customer only.. because they need only 3-4 days to deliver new product but if customer have any problem then they are not giving proper watch therefore I feel they fooling and cheating the public.

    i got very very bad experience from naaptol.com never purchase things from naaptol.com

    i purchased handicam from naaptol on march,2010 with six months warranty my order no.195639 but it was hangon within one month and it was sent by me on 3rd may 2010 by speed post and they told me about 7-10 days to deliver Handycam with working condition but then i again call customer care center for progress then each time they told me for next 7 days now after 8 days they also told for next 7-10 days...

    so by this way naaptol.com just cheat and giving trouble to customer only.. because they need only 3-4 days to deliver new product but if customer have any problem then they are not giving proper watch.. and main thing is that Naaptol company pass the defected product without fully checking all the items..

    i got very very bad experience from naaptol.com never purchase things from naaptol.com

    i am pravin pawale

    i purchased Boss 33 mobile from naaptol on september.,2010 with six months warranty but it's battery not working proper & free blutooth not working and it was sent by me on 24 sep.2010 by first flight courier

    so, by this way naaptol.com just cheat and giving trouble to customer only.. because they need only 3-4 days to deliver new product but if customer have any problem then they are not giving proper watch.. and main thing is that Naaptol company pass the defected product without fully checking all the items..

    Default Naaptol cheaters

    Hi Akash,

    I am facing similar problem like you. I purchased Boss Ephone 3300 from Naaptol in July-2010, got the phone delivered in 4 days but then the phone wasnt getting charged, giving an error "Bad contact with charger..".

    I complained to Naaptol on 24th July and approx 15 followup calls then after. Like same as you, they are telling me everytime that I will get charger in next 3-4 days but it has been over 3 months and I dont expect to get anything from them now.

    I also put a complaint on this forum, against which I got reply from Girija Nair that it will be solved in 10 days. Two months have been passed since then and there is no solution to it. I really wonder if this Girija Nair is a real naaptol executive or just a fictitious identity. I had got the same response from her like what you got and tried to contact on those mobile no (9223490900) as well emaiil address (support@naaptol.com, crm@naaptol.com) for at least 6-10 times. But alas, there is no response from any of them.

    Finally, i bought a new charger from market and tried to charge the phone, but it still gave the same error. This implies that the defect is in fact in the phone itself and not the charger only. When I contacted Napptol on this and asked for refund, the sales executive informed me that they DO NOT have refund policy and I need to send the mobile to their office through courrier. I really doubt if I send it to them then I can get it back again at all.

    So, Yes. I Agree that NAAPTOL & BOSS both are CHEATERS & FRAUD. They should be fined & baaned from doing business. I have started putting everything against them on family, friends, colleagues, web, newspapers etc at ALL places where I can inform people about their cheating.
