    Default NAAPTOL not replacing the defected bluetooth headset - e71 PRO + Free Bluetooth and

    Dear Sir,

    Myself Vikas Gupta. I have ordered purchase of Mobile Phone model e71 PRO + Free Bluetooth through Naaptol. Order No. is 357930 . I received delivery of said mobile phone on 8th May, 2010 .

    First thing is that Naaptol is a fraud company as it is telling the customer wrong price of the item that is available at much cheaper price. and second thing my blutooth headset is not working so they told that its not their responsibility and third thing is i have not received my free gift that is wrist watch.

    I called to customer support department on 9223516148 on 9th May, 2010. Representative (Customer support executive) asked me to go and visit at Mobile Service Centre, if they asked for service, don't give piece for servicing, call us back. and if it will not work well they will replace it.

    I called back to on 18th May, 2010, he told me that, they told me that as its a free gift so they will not replace it. ad they cut my phone when i told them that i will take legal action.

    I feel very sad about this, new mobile phone getting this trouble in just two days!!
