I have purchased Nokia 1280 mobile on 13th october 2011 from "BHARATH TECHNOLOGIES,#7-1-24/2/C,Shop No:2,Dhansi Surabhi Complex,greenland,ameerpet,hyderabad500016",after i week days the mobile started problem.The problem is the battery is getting discharged rapidly with you any usage.I Have approached"NOKIA CARE CENTER ,MOBI QUEST,1st floor,shop no.9,elephant house ,ameerpet X road,hyderabad500016" and explained them the problem i have encountered with the handset.They have two times replaced the handset first time on 26th nov 2011 and second time 19th dec2011 yet the problem has no be resolved ,in this duration only they have also changed the BL-5C battery thrice ,they have changed the charger still problem has not be resolved.In turn i have submitted my observation report to them,still they are unable to troubleshoot the problem.I have totally vexed with the support form the "NOKIA CARE CENTER ,MOBI QUEST,1st floor,shop no.9,elephant house ,ameerpet X road,hyderabad500016" .In turn they are blindly arguing with me and gave me in a written format that the there is no problem in the handset and working good .I have all the replacements copies given by them and there the jobsheets and a copy of the signed feed back letter given to them.Kindly do me the needful.
