Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought a set 1 year ago, and after purchasing of 10 days it had some switch on problem, after that i submit it to the Nokia Care(NC), after that it becomes down after 10 days again. Than i also submit it to the Nokia Care. For a long a time it shows same problem. Really i was suffering a lot of problem due to the phone. I talked to the NC too, he sugest me when it goes down you bring this phone on that condition to the NC. Now i want to replace the phone, and i want a new one (may be other model, i am even interest to pay rest money for the new model). Other wise i put a complaint in consumer forum. Please do necessary action soon.
Now they are denying to replace my handset. I also send the legal notice(Written) twice to the nokia head office which is situated at gurgaon. But did not get any response from there side.
i try my level best to recover my handset, but fail to do it, so i want to put complain against nokia care.
This is 5th time i submitting my phone in CC.
and now the current job sheet no on dated 14 sept. 2011 is: 96243352711110914
