I purchased Nokia C5-00 on 20 the Sept 2010 and the same stopped working on 25th Sept 2010 i.e with in 5 days of purchase.The same has been taken to Nokia centre Bakshi Nagar , Jammu.As per their exective it has been sent to Chandigarh for repairment and will take 10 days . Till now i have not recieved it and on asking for the delay it has been told it will take another 10 days.As it has been sent to Delhi , and delay is due to common wealth games are going on in Delhi and all nokia staff is in Delhi i donot not where it is actually either in Chandigarh or in Delhi. moreover staff is not also cordinating As a result of this i have suffered financial losses bcz i purchased a new one to stay in touch with my family as i am away from my family.
