I had bought a new Nokia 500 mobile of 9100rs. From kamla nagar on 28 October 2011, after 2 week it’s got hanged, some time its get switch off, and its camera also not working properly. When I am using camera its show memory full, but in actual there is enough space in my mobile
I already had visit to the Nokia care two times, but there they check my mobile and gave back to me saying now you’re mobile is working properly.
But the problem still remains same. I am not able to go Nokia care regularly by taking leave from my office. I have a humbly request from consumer court to save me from this humiliation and also replace my Nokia phone or take my money back from Nokia.
