I Purchase Nokia 5130 Xpress Music on 18 June 2010 Vide Bill No. 625 from Shree Riddhi Siddhi Kandivali W.

It is having a problem of Battry Dischage Fast. i.e. if we use Mobile for Music / Game / Talk for 1 Hour the Battry Dischage within 4 to 5 Hrs. and Stand by Battry is also not work for 24 Hrs.

I Visited Nokia Care - Foneworld in Borivali (W) Mumbai - India

Following is the Job Sheet No.

571504867/100821/52 Dt.21/08/2010 Kept for 5 Days

571504867/100903/78 Dt.03/09/2010

571504867/100904/58 Dt.04/09/2010 Kept for 11 Days

571504867/100918/29 and 30 Dt. 18/09/2010 Still with them as on 27/09/2010



They are not able to solve the problem and not given in writing that what they had repaird / change in Mobile.

And they given Stand by Mobile which is also not working Properly, problem is not able to Make Call or Received Calls and Error Display is Connection Failed so it is also given back them on 23/09/2010.

I had sent 3 mails to nokiaindiasocial@ovi.com received 1 reply on 22/09/10 when they not received the mail properly after that no reply till today.

please advise
