i recently purchased the Nokia 5233 but after 5 month its showing problem in the software and camera. I went to Nokia care approx 5-6 times for repairing the issue but still phone didn't work. it is still in warranty period.

so please give me suggestion what should i do to resolve this problem

Hello sir,

as per our discussion on the issue you had resolved the problem and dispatched to Nokia care center pune but when i went to collect my phone and checked still it was showing same problem as previously (Camera not working, automatic switch off) so they took back and told me they will send again to Nokia factory and this time you will get replacement.

Now i am very disappointed. how come Nokia company providing this kind of service
I am working professional and can't go every time to collect the phone.
so I am requesting you please resolve this issue as soon as possible
