i had given my phone for service on 7th of December in nagpur near rani jhansi square. later when i recieved the phone i found that my mic was not working . i went and asked the same day( 7th december) they asked me to come on 8th dec. so i did. they told me its a physical problem and would cost(eight thousand five hundred) 8500rs approx which is seriously not worth(outside its 700rs(seven hundred)). my phone is in warranty and i proved it was their mistake. i went there about 8 times and didnt get proper treatment or reply. if i call they just say "cant do" in an harsh way. please help me with the same as early as possible. my all hopes are on consumer forum now.
