I purchased nokia 5800X mobile phone on 5th of May 2010, start getting problem with display, i went to check with Nokia care, Lajpat nagar Delhi, they said it is physical damage, howevr there was no physical damage, they are charging me Rs. 2610/- to fix this. It is just four months old phone and there was no external damages.... customer care executive refuse to repair it, as physical damages not covered under warrenty, however there was no :confused physical damage... person was very rude..... please assist me to get this issue sort out.

i got the same complaint. I dont have ideas regarding suing Nokia. However i ll let you know if i come up with something. Pls do inform me if you have anything!
