Sir,
I had given my nokia mobile in the nokia care centre about 2 months back when it was under warranty. I have already sent many mails to “asknokia”and they replied that their service people will check it and I will be notified once the phone gets ready.so I waited for their call, but I dint get any. I Went to the service centre only yesterday. They claim it was serviced but it’s the 4th time I ve given the phone for service and now the warranty has also expired. Ms.Priya was in the service section. she didn’t respond properly. She told that my mobile was checked by the head office people, but there is no such proof for that. The service people are not doing the service properly and since it’s the 4th time , its their duty to check the mobile thoroughly and replace it if necessary. But they didn’t do that. So I refused to get back the mobile from the center. I cant struggle with this mobile anymore. So, Either I need a replacement or extend my warranty for another year and I need an assurance from the head office saying that future problems wont arise in my phone. The job sheet no. is being 894465550/100602/1 dated on 31/07/2010 and model no 6303 Classic .You claim you have good customer service and feedback but this is not the way to respond to regular customers like me. I just dint like the service provided by your centre. Please do the needy at the earliest.
