I bought Nokia C-6 mobile from Nokia Priority shop on 26.07.2011 in New Delhi. It stopped working after two months then after some time I contacted Nokia Care. Nokia Care Centre looked the mobile set and said that it will cost to Rs. 3000 for repairing. I said that this is under warranty but Nokia Care denied to repair under warranty. Then I said for repairing with charge i.e. Rs. 3000/-. Nokia Care sought 10 days for repairing. After 10 days they called and said that it will take some days more but finally he refused to repair.
My mobile set is still under warranty period. This misbehave of Nokia Care with customers shows mental torcher of customers. Kindly give justice and Nokia may be requested to replace or repair my Nokia C-6 handset or return the money as I paid for purchasing the Nokia C-6 immediately. I have been mentaly harrased.
