Sir/Madam,

I am Shivam Shukla, I have purchased a nokia c6.01 from a nokia priority in kolkata (Limton Private Limited) on 19/09/2011. the IMEI no. of the phone is 358627040170639.Within the first few weeks of purchase the phone's software collapsed.And i took it to the Nokia Care Centre & they fixed it and then after 2 to3 weeks again the software collapsed.i went there again and after that the phone's vibration stopped i took it aagain to the NCC .and few days again the software failled & again the outgoing audio during phone calls stopped.And when these things happened i took the handset to the care.they mended it.And on 7/12/2011 the software again failled it stated "Phone start up failed contact your retailer" i again took the phone to the care and the Person who attended me in the Care asked me to deposit the the set for a week as the set would go to the Nokia's Repair Factory, i agreed. And in the mean while i asked the owner of the priority regarding this , he said that the Care should replace the handset with a new one.And on 13/12/11 the NCC texted me to come and collect the handset as it is ready.I went on 14/12/11 to the care to take it back and i found that the back cover of the camera was very loose .I complaint regarding that and they re- deposited the handset as the handset would again go to the factory.The target date that they gave is 21/12/11.I have taken the handset to the Care for more than 8 times for the concern

So,i am really very annoyed with this i have to take the handset to the Nokia Care very offenly which is far from my house the name of the care is "Everest Mobicare" ..and thus i want the replacement of my set with a new one..
