Hi,
I am Hitanshu Gaur, a resident of Dwarka. I bought my Nokia c6 01 from a Hot Spot outlet in Dwarka Sector 5 market.
The same night while sleeping I noticed that there are certain manufacturing defects, to be precise 4 manufacturing defects.
As I did not have an off the very next day, I could not go to get the cell exchanged. After 9 days when I got an off I went there and explained my problem and they said that "IF WITHIN 48 HOURS THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PHONE, WE REPLACE IT OR ELSE AFTER 48 STUPID HOURS YOU WILL HAVE TO SUBMIT THE PHONE AND THEN WE WILL EVALUATE THE PHONE WITHIN 10 DAYS AND THEN RETURN BACK WITH A SOLUTION IF WE FIND THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM"
Now, the problem that I have is a manufacturing defect, there is no problem with the phone, it is just a manufacturing glitch. I spent one hour, I had a word with the Nokia Care Manager named "Nijosh" and he did not even understand that problem, and he was teaching me things such as MY DUTY IS TO HELP YOU n all that, but he did not help me.
Now my problem is that I have a sales profile and if I submit the phone, I dont know when will I be coming to take it back because my off's aren't fixed. I kept on shouting the same thing, and in the end the CENTER HEAD of the NOKIA CARE CENTER, SECTOR 5, namely MR.S.S.SEHGAL, had a word with NIJOSH and he decided to bring the parts to Nokia Care and get them replaced in front of me, and then if the problem is not solved, they will try the same melodrama again and then if the third time the problem does not solve they will then replace the set.
What is this? We are working professionals, we dont have time for our families in our day to day lives and these people expect us to take out time to come n wait for 2 hours for such a minute problem.
The defect is a manufacturing defect, how do I know what will they do to correct those defects, if they worsen the case and if I come to know the same thing I reach home, then I will have to run back to the centre for the same s!@t!!
I needed my cell to be replaced and they did not co operate at all. I want to LODGE A COMPLAIN AGAINST ALL THE NAMES MENTIONED IN THE NOTE and I WANT THE STUPID POLICY TO BE REVIEWED AND MADE IN THE FAVOR OF THE CONSUMER.
I bought Nokia phone after 5 long years, and still NOKIA SUCKS!! I have already faced such kind of an harrassment with the earlier Nokia handset, but I did not file a complain.
This time I have had it enough!! Please help me get the justice instead of all these stupid policies.
