I gave my nokia c7 for softwae update and battery problem on 24 Oct,2011in nokia customer carein bangalore. But on 29 oct I found that they had changed my nokia mobile's circuit board. I found this fraud by checking IMEI no. of my mobile.
I want u to take action against them.
