Hi,

I am facing problem of voice out put clarity. 6 times I have been submitted the device for repair work in Nokia care. 3 times it came from Nokia Gurgaon office.

Still same problem occurred. and again they requested for the device submission. I have been purchased this device in dec,10 and 10 months already completed.

Kindly suggest the way to get a permanent solution.

i have been using Nokia E63 for 2 years now and i haven't faced a single problem with it. Maybe its a factory defect,try to consult with the store which you bought the item with.I am sure it still covered with 1 year warranty.
