i have purchased nokia e-71 on 26/05/2010 from indore distributor of nokia product
for rs.13417/- imei no.359357035083840.

Above gets heated in standby condition & battery dischared fully without using & backup battery also emptys.

The above was sent to nokia care three times beteen 3rd september,2010 and 29 september ,2010. All the time company sent battery /phone to its noeda office.
Present service job sheet no. Is 100929/57 date 29/09/2010.
