I purchased a new Nokia E5-00 mobile phone on December 10, 2010.
My mobile phone has been replaced by the Company for [B]4 Times[B] till now and still I am facing the problems.
The problem started in the first month itself. I submitted my mobile phone for the first time on January 10, 2011. At that time the software was updated & phone was returned back to me.
Second time the cell was given on February 21, 2011 & was returned on February 24, 2011 when I forwardingly took the initiative to ask the status of my mobile phone and was handed back after updating the software again. In the mean time i.e. from January 10, 2011 to February 21, 2011, I was facing the problems but was not able to submit my mobile phone to Nokia Care due to constant exams and trainings that I am undergoing.
Due to recurring problems the mobile phone was given again by me on February 28, 2011, and was returned back to me on March 10, 2011 after replacement.
On facing the problems again I filed a complaint on website of Consumer Complains that is www.consumercomplains.in on March 17, 2011, but it did not affect the company at all. They replied for the same on March 24, 2011.
On March 25, 2011, I again submitted my mobile phone in Nokia Care and filed a complaint on Nokia Care Line. I got a call from Delhi Office of Nokia on March 28, 2011, and on the same day my cell was send to Delhi on my request as according to the personnel at Nokia Care the cell was proper and was not having any problem or defect. Since then, I was in constant touch with personnel at Delhi. My mobile was returned on April 2, 2011 after replacing the Handset for second time.
On April 9, 2011, the display of the replaced phone was suddenly gone and the same problem was solved on same day as software was updated again by the Nokia Care.
On April 19, 2011, the display was again gone. The mobile was replaced for the third time now and was returned on April 23, 2011. At this point of time my university exams were going on, for last year of my graduation.
On April 29, 2011, I again submitted my mobile phone to Nokia Care for the same problems. The cell was replaced for the fourth time and returned on May 7, 2011. I requested them to replace the model and provide me with another model having same features. All the communication was done verbally. They accepted the request and told they will take steps for the same but the same model was given back again for 4th time.
Even after replacing the mobile phone for 4 times the problem continues.
The main problems faced are.
1. The mobile phone stops vibrating after it is removed from charging. Sometimes the ringer also gets off. Due to this I am facing many problems as it is not possible to know the incoming calls or messages. For the same I have sent various videos to company but no action has been taken.
2. The flash is very improper. The pictures fade up due to flash. The camera quality is also not proper as per the camera given.
From March 25, 2011 I am in constant touch with the company.
The personnel at lower level are not given any sort of authority for any unusual situations that come. The persons who have authority try to run away from the situation. They are not at all responsible.
The organizational structure is improper due to which there is lot of communication gap and it takes a lot of time for the message to be communicated to the right person but still he/she is not having the proper information or is having incomplete information. Moreover no one wants to use the authority for solving the problems and due to that the consumer suffers a lot.
I seek for replacement of model which has the minimum features of my current cell (E5-00) so that all the problems that I am facing are resolved and also the compensation for such a long known or unknown harassment that I faced along with the time I wasted and the expenses that I have borne for the same.
Please do the needful immediately for the same.
