Pathetic Services delivered by Nokia Care Center..

Hi, This is Piyush Jain, I had purchased a Nokia E5 in the month of Feb’11, IMI num- 358631045268166.

I have been facing technical issue in this handset for last 2 months, it is getting switch off again and again automatically. THE PHONE IS UNDER Warrantee period.

Firstly, I visited Ashok Vihar Nokia care center to get it checked, there they kept my mobile for 10 days, but nothing happened.

Then one fine morning, i visited Shalimar Bagh Nokia care, they charged INR 500 and fixed the issue, however in the same evening mobile has started showing its previous error. hence I had to visit the same center again, they taken my mobile, promising that they will send my mobile to Nokia Main care center for deep review. It has been 15 days, issue occurring in my mobile is still not fix..

I am frustrated by visiting Nokia care centers again and again..

Pls look into the matter ASAP.

I purchase Nokia C3-01 on 11/04/2011 , IMEI NO 356268046990241 , BATTERY NO 38206610----0670555 WHICH GIVE PROBLEM JUST AFTER 2MONTH when I contact Nokia care they replace the CARD WHICH NO IS ESN/IMEI 356268046990241 and took 20 days to replace it again after 2 month again it give problem like set got hang and nothing had work when i contact Nokia care they replace the set with new ESN/IMEI NO 357019043902575 ON 18-Aug-2011 now again the set is given problem touch screen not working properly and phone not working I got frustrate with this set and finding difficult to run so many time to Nokia Care and at nokia care minimum 2 hours we have to wait to lodge the complain . I want this Set to be replace fully with some other model of Nokia which had not run successfully in Market.
