Dear sir,

I have bought Nokia E6 in Sept'11 and just after 10 days i found there is problem of heating in battery and charger. i complained to nokia center they told me that they need to send the mobile to delhi office and it will take 10 days time. and no other same application handset can be given. after approaching to nokia head office they changed the battery and charger. now i have got new problem again that touch screen is not working fully. upper portion is not working. i have complained again to nokia jodhpur center and after checking physically they again told me to send the mobile to delhi office for repairing. and they are not ready to give the similiar kind of mobile for 15days against replacement so i can do my routine work. i am trying to contact nokia head office in bangalore but no satisfactory answer is coming.

i have a complain ... is it customer mistake that he buy a nokia set and if problem lying in the nokia handset and customer has to suffer for mentally and physically torture. we buy a mobile phone as per our requirement and if problem comes in that set why do we get a lower class mobile which is not useful for my uses. and why to waste time on different handset for understanding that.
i request to get solved the problem with nokia to make life comfortable and need a sr. level person on talk instead of BPO person. who can give positive solution or change the defective handset.
