I Punit Tripathi from Noida would like to share my horrible experience with hand set Nokioa e63 and the ignorant way of repairing of mobiles at service center at noida sec-2 IMEI NO.-355376047633651
I bought NOKIA e-63 from NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER,sec-18 noida.
after a few days i started troubling out with mobile phone or figured out a problem with my phone....
The outgoing voice from my phone was not clear....
I showed it 2 service center ... dey kept my phone was 2 weeks... dey said it was repaired.... bt der was change in d voice.....
i again complained dey kept my phone and agin d voice was unclear frm my syd......
In total i hv complaned for about 3 Times for d same issue.....
Bt I think d service provied by noKIA IS WORSE DEN cHINESE PHONE..... N IF DIS CONTINUES.... DEN I THINK cHINESE PHONE
so my sincere request to you to please see into this matter and help me as soon as possible...according to your extended warranty scheme.. i think i must have got a new handset.
Sir I request you to please see this matter and solve my problem as early as possible.
i request you to please replace my handset so that i can lead my life smoothly.
i never expected this response from a brand like NOKIA..
