I was happy as it was given with leather pouch smartly packed which closes with
Magnetic buttons.
Aproximate in 1st week of June I have realized some Horizontal lines on Screen.
Thought it may be on upper plastic layer .Then in 2-3 days time found more lines

then realized that – it could be due to magnet button which press the screen.
Then I have removed upper flap magnet button and saw that lines were NOT
increased and was remain same.
Later 2nd week of June we went to Hill Station for holiday and could not contact

you for that. Yesterday we went to Nokia Care Centre in Jail Road and after
checking they confirmed that Screen is Damaged. We requested them to change.We
took Payment Receipt to show them but they confirmed it will be charged and
expense will be Rs 1900/00 which is Too Much where that to be changed without
any charge as only 70 – 75 days when we bought.



I would like to request you to kindly take action immediately and change my
Mobile’s Screen without any cost because this is also a reputation of World Wide

Famous Company which to take care in future NOT to use MAGNETIC BUTTONS on
Mobile cover.

i bought nokia N97 for rs 32000, a very handsome amount , and its all used by nokia care center because it is there only.
Sir please let me know if i can get any remedy else am i am very sure about not buying any nokia handset again.

Hello Sir
My name is Nitin Naresh from Mumbai. Sir I bought one 5800 express music having cost Rs 13500 with EMI no - 351531046358718 on 5th may 2010 from Shop Top10 near Malad railway station. Within one week its side keypad lock starts giving me problem, so I went to the Nokia care and ask them to repair it. First time it get fine but again within june month I get back to them with same problem and ask for the replacement of the cell. They asked me for 15 days as they have to send the mobile phone to Head Office.
After 15 days I get back to them for collecting my mobile phone but the problem remain as it is, so they asked me for 5 days. After 5 days they gave me my mobile phone back and now it was working fine. But again within a month again its side keypad lock starts creating problem again.So now on 14 August I went back to them and told them this mobile is creating hell lot of problem to me, why can't you replace it and give me new one. They said it basically depends on Head Office, they can only write the job data.
So now finally i'm requesting the head Office to replace my mobile and provide me with new one.Please this is my first Mobile from my first income, so I'm really attached to it. So if possible replace it please.

after 10 days its mic stoped functioning. i deposited it to nokia care for repairs it tool 10 to 12 days for repairs.
then after 2-3 days same problems arrised i again took it to nokia care they said it will be send to head office and then after 5-6 day they
returned it to me saying it working fine.
now its not working again.
what should I do.
please help.

Hi,

Recently on 8.09.2010 I have purchased a Nokia E72 White edition from the nokia authorised dealer in Green park, Delhi (Mobile world, S-6, Green park main market, delhi-16) and found that the set was having problem with a hissing (loud) sound during conversation. I could not report this defect within the 48 hrs which the dealer considers for replacement. They asked me to send it to the Nokia authorised service center and I went to one of the NokiaCare center in Lajpat nagar (NRI Communication, O-9, 1st floor, Lajpat Nagar-II, Delhi -24). I have given the set on 13.09.2010 for repair which they are still holding on to the cell and until today the cell is not repaired.
They have already given me 3 commitment dates for delivery which they failed.
Today (27.09.2010) I inquired about my cell and got the reply from Mr. Pradeep Malhotra (who heads the center) that the cell was sent to the "back end factory" on 14.09.2010 (as they call it) but the cell was received on 25.09.2010 in their center without repaired. They are again sending it to the factory for repair and have to wait for a week longer. I asked to him if the cell could not be repaired in the factory itself, please go for a replacement on that he said it is not in their hands. I asked for a final commitment from him on the fate of the cell on that he could not give any and instead asked me to pick up the cell back from his shop without the repair work done.
I am at lost of word on that and being a receiver, I have to agree to whatever they say and have agreed on to wait further without any guarantee.

What I wonder now is, How could NOKIA such a reputed company could deal with there customer like this after selling a substandard item which was released in the market without a quality check.
Where will I (customer) go in such a case? The money which I have spent (18K INR) goes waste!?
I need some serious HELP here. Kindly help me
