I am Sujit Gupta, reside at 15, Abhoy Guha Road Road, Liluah, Howrah, Pin - 711204, Kolkata, has taken a Nokia Handset (Nokia C2-03) on 24/10/2011 from Spice Retail Ltd. (Address : 275 GT Road, P.O. - Liluah, Howrah - 711204, Kolkata - 711204.) and faceing a problem with handset 2nd of November,2011. I have Submitted my Handset to the Nokia Care - Serampore Branch (Tirupati TeleCare, Address : 91 R.B. Sarani, Serampore, Hooghly, Pin - 702201) for the Repair of the handset on 1st week of November and after repairing the handset, it was returned to me on 17/11/2011. Again i was facing the problem with the handset and submitted my handset for repair on 23/11/2011. Today i have Received a call from Nokia Care people that i have been allotted a new handset instead of my previous one. I have been to the Nokia Care to take the delivery of the Handset and found the Touchpad of the handset in fully scratched condition. I have not taken the delivery of the handset in the scratched condition. Instead of accepting their fault Nokia Care people are arguing with me about the condition of the handset and telling me take delivery of the handset in the scratched condition. Nokia Care people are also telling that it is not a big problem. I have been harassed from round about 1month by the Nokia Care people. Instead of solving the problem they are again and again creating a problem. My Mobile EMI No. - 359325042550788.
I would request you to look into the matter and try to resolve my problem at the earliest.
