Dear Sir ,
I bought a new Nokia Lumia 710 on 29/12/2011 , IMEI no. 359300041272064 from The Mobile Store Kolkata ( behala ) . On the very same day i found that when i am making a call and trying to end it , the call doesn't ends .
I then took the handset to the Nokia Care ( Behala ) on 30/12/2011 , they asked me replace the Sim card , then i went to the Vodafone Store and took a new Sim , however the problem remains the same . Again I went to them , this time they asked me to go for an Airtel Sim card . I did the same , but still problem didn't get solve .
Finally they replaced the handset with the new one IMEI no. 359300041414252 on 20/01/2012 . Unfortunately the new handset is also giving the same problem . Again i went to the Nokia Care , they did a whole lot of thing and assure that my problem will be solved . However it still remains the same .
From buying date : 29/12/2011 till today 03/02/2012 I am getting harassed and not getting any solution . Helplessly I am writing this letter to you . I will be grateful to you if you kindly look into the matter as soon as possible .
