I was purchesed Nokia Lumia 800 on 28 dec 2011 at Nokia priority Dealer. I got battery backup problem, 1st day i charged it fully at 3:00 pm after 4hour it showing low battery, I charged it all night Next day same problem i am charging it every 2-3 hour i do this for next three days and finely go to NPD they told give it for Nokia Care.
on 2 jan 2011deposited my lumia 800 at nokia care and told them whats the exat problem. Nokia care noot given any jobsheet or jobsheet just filled ELC form and gave me. After 10 days 12 jan 2011i visit nokia care nokia care used my lumia 800 very roughly they not inform me problem solved or not told not.
But giving me return it but i shocked when saw the lumia 800 condition (which i was used in lather case which nokia given in box) hanset has many scratches over the body and side which polycorbonet, front side on top display side corner clearly showing they opened my lumia 800 very uncarefully.
so i can not accept take back it and contacted nokia customer care by email. Nokia custumer suggested to deposit again at nokia care (which i was not taken back fromNokia care) they told come back after 15 day and they give me ELC form with imei number During this 15 days i emailed many times to nokia customer care whats the problem and handset condition,
but nokia customer care why not seehandset condition and battery backup problem.
scratches over the body as it is return at nokia care, nokia customer care replied your lumia is repaired and collect it 27 jan 2011 in nokia care center i see nothing is changed lumia and looking like a 6 monthes old now tell me responciable for hanset condition which i used it only 4 days in lather case whitout any scratches.
Nokia care used roughly and dameged my lumia
Now tell me who is responciable for it to nokia care or nokia
